Case 1 - Implementation of Agile Steering Model
Customer: German Premium OEM

Challenges/Opportunities:
The client wants to introduce Agile approach to its parts trading solution in a cross-functional and international setup.
Approach:
Working collaboratively with our clients, we established an agile steering model encompassing business units, IT, IT vendors, and global headquarters. This model is characterized by a Minimum Viable Product (MVP)-oriented implementation and testing process.
We guided the team through Scrum cycles, including the implementation of showcases, facilitation of Scrum events, definition of feasible increments, and ensuring a safe space for the team free from management interventions.
Additionally, we provided product owners with coaching on Agile principles and methodologies.
Impact:
The successful implementation provided confidence to the client to decide extending the Agile pilot to cover the entire Chinese market.
Case 2 - OKR Implementation
Customer: German Premium OEM
Industry: Automotive
Region: China
Challenges/Opportunities:
The client, is introducing OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) to its Quality division following a major restructuring. The goal is to help the new team define and align on high-level goals over shorter cycles, improving adaptability to market changes.
Approach:
• Facilitated workshops with the division head and department leaders to update the division’s vision, mission, and strategic objectives.
• Developed an OKR implementation and change approach, adapting the OKR framework to fit the division’s requirements and culture.
• Facilitated OKR planning meetings at both the division and department levels.
• Enabled the client by coaching two team members to become internal OKR masters.
Impact:
• Vision, mission, and OKRs for the newly restructured organization were defined and aligned among leaders.
• Achieved a high level of acceptance for the Change Story and OKR framework within the division.
• Engaged and involved all team members by collecting their input for the division’s vision and mission, as well as division and department objectives.
