Approach:
Working collaboratively with our clients, we established an agile steering model encompassing business units, IT, IT vendors, and global headquarters. This model is characterized by a Minimum Viable Product (MVP)-oriented implementation and testing process.

We guided the team through Scrum cycles, including the implementation of showcases, facilitation of Scrum events, definition of feasible increments, and ensuring a safe space for the team free from management interventions.
