Case 1 - Hybrid Workplace Transformation
Customer: American multinational IT Corporation

Challenges/Opportunities:
The client is re-imagining workspaces to reduce their reliance on shared physical offices and give employees the freedom to work from home as part of the hybrid workplace strategy, which reflects the company’s new culture. Change Management is needed to ensure high adoption of the new culture and working model for over 3,500 employees.
Approach:
We developed a comprehensive Change Strategy, outlining essential steps for the transition phase, and collaborated closely with the client to achieve key milestones, including:
• Change Impact Assessment: Conducting interviews and questionnaires to analyze the impact of change on the organization.
• Change Readiness Assessment: Designing and implementing Engagement & Readiness Plans and Communication Plans to ensure smooth transitions.
• Change Campaign: Launching a Mascot-Driven Change Campaign to engage and enable stakeholders and adopters, followed by corresponding measures to address resistance.
• Change Network Analysis: Analyzing and managing the Change Network by selecting and mobilizing Change Agents to maintain the network and support the Change Campaign.

Case 2 - SAP Implementation

Change Management for the implementation of an SAP solution for the entire value chain in China; this was part of a larger strategic project, affecting approximately 200-300 people.
Approach:
• Design and implementation of a robust Change Architecture to guide the process.
• Execution of a detailed Change Impact Assessment to identify concerns and derive appropriate measures.
• Development and alignment of the Change Story with top- and middle managers. Training of middle managers on designing and sharing Change Story with their teams.
